Overview

With an assisted design, the PC0111 model provides the ability to avoid injuries when performing the pull-up exercise professionally, allowing a wide range of motion from the total lowering of the body to the maximum contraction of the back when rising. This machine facilitates natural movement by exercising various muscle groups, including the major dorsal, dorsal, trapezius, rhomboids, pectoralis major and minor, deltoid, infraspinatus, biceps, biceps brachii, external oblique, triceps and pectoralis, among others. At the same time, it also allows you to perform another exercise in the same way, this time focused on the triceps and pectoral part, the free dips. A perfect double function for your weight room.
