Description
The long format, for the chest that stays loaded and only leaves the equipment room when a session needs it. This 670 x 350 x 180 mm roller tray makes your storage chest mobile with no modification at all: the chest is simply placed on top and then moved without effort between the zones of a gym, a studio or an equipment room.
Mobility without touching the chest
Nothing is drilled, bolted or clipped. The chest rests on the tray, and one person can reposition a full box that would otherwise need two people on the handles. It is the cheapest way to make an existing fleet of chests mobile.
Load capacity
The tray carries up to 250 kg evenly distributed, loaded chest included. Even distribution is the operative word: a load concentrated at one end raises the pressure on a single corner and makes the chest harder to steer.

Frequently asked questions
Can I leave the chest on the tray permanently?
That is the usual set-up. The chest stays on its tray in the equipment room and is rolled out only when the session calls for it, which is what removes the daily lifting.
Does the chest need fixing to the tray?
No fixing is required for normal indoor handling. The chest sits on the tray and is lifted off whenever you want it back on the floor.
Can I order trays without the chests?
Yes. The tray is sold separately and suits chests you already own, provided the reference matches.
Which floors does it suit?
Hard, flat indoor floors: concrete, tiles, resin, rubber tiles. On thick artificial turf or on a deep mat, rolling resistance rises sharply and the tray loses its point.
