Description
The intermediate size, wide enough to keep a deeper chest stable while it is wheeled across the floor. This 550 x 350 x 180 mm roller tray makes your storage chest mobile with no modification at all: the chest is simply placed on top and then moved without effort between the zones of a gym, a studio or an equipment room.
Mobility without touching the chest
Nothing is drilled, bolted or clipped. The chest rests on the tray, and one person can reposition a full box that would otherwise need two people on the handles. At the end of the session the chest goes back to its place, still on its tray.
Load capacity
The tray carries up to 250 kg evenly distributed, loaded chest included. Spread the contents across the base of the chest rather than concentrating them at one end, and the tray stays well within its rating.

Frequently asked questions
Why is this tray wider than the chest is deep?
A wider base keeps the centre of gravity inside the wheelbase when the chest is loaded to its full payload, which is what stops it tipping on a direction change.
Does the chest need fixing to the tray?
No fixing is required for normal indoor handling. The chest sits on the tray and is lifted off whenever you want it back on the floor.
Is the 250 kg figure with or without the chest?
It includes everything the tray carries: the empty weight of the chest plus its contents.
Which floors does it suit?
Hard, flat indoor floors: concrete, tiles, resin, rubber tiles. On thick artificial turf or on a deep mat, rolling resistance rises sharply and the tray loses its point.
