Description
The Pterodactyl dinosaur rope play structure reproduces a prehistoric flying reptile in a grey and red palette. Its compact 5.7 x 5.3 m footprint makes it the ideal figurative structure for restricted play spaces. Supplied and installed throughout France by Light In Fitness.
A dinosaur for sites that measure in metres
Figurative play structures usually demand big plots; the Pterodactyl does not. Within 5.7 x 5.3 m, children get a full themed climbing experience: the HPL-panel head gives the creature its face, the steel-tube skeleton forms wings and body, and polyamide safety nets create the climbing volume between them. For schools, small squares and infill corners of larger parks, it delivers the dinosaur without the dinosaur-sized land take.

Frequently asked questions
Why are the ropes reinforced with steel strands?
The 18 mm braided polyamide ropes carry galvanised steel strands at their core: the polyamide gives grip and comfort, the steel gives cut and vandal resistance – the specification expected of public rope play equipment.
Can it stand alone or does it need companions?
It works both ways. Alone, it is a complete compact attraction; alongside the Triceratops, it forms a prehistoric family that structures a whole dinosaur-themed area.
What surfacing goes underneath?
Impact-zone surfacing compliant with EN 1176-1, dimensioned for the 3.0 m free fall height. Your quotation specifies the build-up for your site.
