Outdoor stainless steel bench, preacher curl desk and dumbbell set

This all in one outdoor upper body station combines a fixed stainless steel flat bench, an inclined preacher curl desk and a set of solid disc dumbbells. Three complementary items form a single module, so a site gains a complete free weight post in one delivery and one anchoring operation.

The flat bench takes bench pressing, rows and supported dips. The preacher desk isolates the biceps and the brachialis through a controlled range. The dumbbells are supplied at 10 kg, 20 kg and 30 kg in the standard configuration, with weights adjustable on request to match the intended user group. Between them the module covers pressing, rowing, biceps curls both unilateral and bilateral, hammer curls and variations, plus forearm and trunk work.

The bench is deliberately fixed rather than adjustable. In unsupervised public use an adjustment mechanism is the part that jams, is forced or is left in an unsafe position, so a massive fixed base is the safer specification. There is nothing to lubricate and no fragile mechanism to service.

Free weights in an unsupervised setting

Local authorities, hotels, campsites and clubs are the usual buyers. The decision that has to be taken before ordering is whether dumbbells remain permanently on the module or are issued and stored. Sites with staff on hand often leave them out; sites without supervision at night generally lock them away, and the module then serves as a bench and curl desk for bodyweight and barbell work.

Anchoring is configured on the quotation according to the substrate, whether concrete, asphalt or slab. Maintenance is limited to visual cleaning and periodic inspection of the fixings, with no lubrication required. The safety zone of 23.14 square metres under EN 16630 is the figure to reserve on the site plan, and it is considerably larger than the 145 by 220 centimetre module.

Can the dumbbell weights be changed?

Yes. The standard set is 10, 20 and 30 kg, and other weights can be supplied on request according to the profile of the users you expect. Specify this when requesting the quotation.

Is the module designed for intensive public use?

Yes. The 100% stainless steel structure is designed for intensive collective use in open access and complies with EN 16630. If you plan to use dumbbells heavier than the standard configuration, compatibility is confirmed at quotation stage.

How is the module fixed to the ground?

Ground anchoring is specified per project according to the substrate. We issue the fixing configuration with the quotation once the site conditions are known.
