Description
The Ziva ST2 Olympic flat bench is the horizontal pressing counterpart to the Ziva incline bench: an 11-gauge (3.0 mm) steel frame carrying injection-moulded, double-stitched pads and six integrated storage posts for Olympic plates, priced at 995 EUR excluding VAT.
Built for the busiest free-weight zones
The flat bench press is the most requested barbell station in any gym, so the ST2 is dimensioned accordingly: a 76 kg frame with a wide footprint keeps the bench planted under maximal lifts, while hard rubber bar cradles receive the barbell gently and preserve its knurling and finish through thousands of re-racks.

Frequently asked questions
Why choose a bench with integrated plate storage?
Loading plates stay at the station instead of migrating across the gym floor: members change loads faster, aisles stay clear and the bench pays for part of a storage rack. The six posts accept all standard Olympic plate sizes; plates and bar are sold separately.
Is assembly required?
Yes, the bench ships flat-packed and requires assembly. Light In Fitness offers professional on-site installation as an option, and the rubber feet can be swapped for a bolt-down fixing in permanent commercial installations.
How does it differ from the Ziva incline bench?
This ST2 model has a flat pressing position for the mid chest, at 133.1 cm rack height; the matching ST2 incline bench sets a 30-degree angle for upper-chest work. Many facilities install the pair to complete their Olympic pressing line.
