The Ziva ST2 Olympic incline bench combines a fixed 30-degree pressing angle with an 11-gauge (3.0 mm) steel frame and six integrated storage posts for Olympic plates, making it a complete incline pressing station for commercial gyms, strength clubs and hotel fitness suites.

Designed for heavy incline pressing

The 30-degree back angle targets the upper chest and front deltoids, while the adjustable seat height lets athletes of different sizes set a safe, consistent pressing position under the bar. A steel spotter platform at the rear gives a training partner a stable, elevated stance for hand-offs and assistance during heavy sets.

Does the bench include weight plate storage?

Yes. Six storage posts are built into the frame and accept standard Olympic plates, so each bench doubles as a storage unit and keeps loading plates within reach of the lifter. Plates and barbell are sold separately.

Is assembly required?

Yes, the bench is delivered flat-packed and requires assembly. Light In Fitness can arrange professional on-site installation as an option, and the rubber feet can be replaced by a bolt-down fixing for permanent commercial installations.
