Description
This 6 metre suspension training gantry gives a fixed anchor for suspension straps indoors or outdoors. Suspension training only works when the anchor is genuinely rigid, and improvised fixings to door frames, beams or fences are the point at which most installations fail. A dedicated gantry removes that problem and, at 6 m of length, lets several users train side by side.
Length is what makes this format useful commercially rather than domestically. Six metres accommodates a small group class on one structure, so a coach can run a suspension circuit without rotating people through a single anchor point. Amplitude of movement is also unconstrained, which matters for the wide lateral and rotational movements that suspension work uses.
The structure is built from high quality materials and rated to carry substantial loads, giving the stability that intensive suspension sessions require. It is designed to resist the elements, so it is suited to permanent outdoor installation in a garden, a courtyard or a park area as well as indoor use. Assembly is intuitive and quick, without specialist tools. Colours can be customised on request.

Using a gantry in a professional setting
The exercise range is the reason facilities buy this rather than adding anchor points to an existing rig. Suspension work covers pressing, rowing, squats, lunges, core and mobility with body weight alone, adapts instantly to every fitness level by changing body angle, and needs almost no floor equipment. For a club, that means a class of ten with one structure and ten sets of straps.
For outdoor installation, allow clear space on both sides for the swing of the movement and check the ground condition before anchoring. Where the gantry is placed in free public access, EN 16630 for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment is the reference standard, and impact attenuating surfacing should be specified accordingly. We supply the dimensions and anchoring drawing with the layout study.
