The PL4004 Shoulder Press has been ergonomically created to provide natural and fluid movement, maximizing the effectiveness of exercises aimed at the shoulder area. Care and maintenance
Wipe upholstery after use with a damp cloth and a neutral detergent; alcohol and chlorine-based products crack the covering. Once a month, check cable condition, pulley alignment and bolt tightness. Chrome parts are kept with a dry cloth, never an abrasive sponge.
