Overview

The PL4004 Shoulder Press has been ergonomically created to provide natural and fluid movement, maximizing the effectiveness of exercises aimed at the shoulder area. This model offers a controlled and comfortable muscle stimulus, similar to that obtained when performing a free weight military shoulder press. It is perfect to evolve in weight loading or to perform intense hypertrophy training in this muscle area, avoiding any type of injury.
