Overview
The PL Isolateral Lying Leg Curl model has been designed specifically for high-performance training focused on the hamstring area. This machine extends the muscle located in the back of the legs by contracting a weight load of discs. It presents a dual-use execution function that makes it unique, allowing femoral extension/contraction to be performed unilaterally or simultaneously with both legs.
