The generator brake produces the electricity the console needs, which removes the single biggest constraint in cardio zone planning: the position of the power outlets. Console and training programmes

The display reports time, distance, calories, speed, revolutions per minute, watts, METs, heart rate and an end-of-session summary. Twelve programmes are available: manual, three warm-up profiles, autopilot, interval, five alpine profiles, heart-rate control, fitness test and three user-defined profiles. No. The bike generates the power its console requires while pedalling, so no mains socket is needed at the machine position. The USB port for charging devices is fed by the same generator.
