Why plate loading is the right choice outdoors
Cables and pulleys are the first components to fail on outdoor equipment: water enters the sheaves, grit accelerates wear, and a frayed cable takes a station out of service. No. The machine takes standard olympic discs up to a total training load of 119 kg. Outdoor sites usually specify plates that can be secured or stored, so we quote them separately once the access arrangements for the site are known.
What maintenance does it require?
A periodic visual inspection of the rails, the shoulder pads and the ground fixings. Because the structure is stainless steel and the mechanism carries no cables, pulleys or bearings exposed to weather, there is no lubrication schedule and no consumable to replace.
Is it suitable for unsupervised public access?
