Bodytone BT57028 Lat Pulldown Bar — 121 cm

In brief — Bodytone BT57028 Lat Pulldown Bar: brand Bodytone, distributed by Light In Fitness, price 65.00 € excl. VAT.

The Bodytone BT57028 lat pulldown bar, 121 cm long, is the most used attachment of any high pulley: wide grip for the lats, close supinated grip for the biceps, one bar covering the core of vertical pulling work. Price: 65.00 EUR excluding VAT.

One attachment, several working angles

Cable attachments multiply what a single column can do: each bar, handle or rope changes the grip position and pulling angle, and with them the muscles emphasised. The 121 cm pulldown bar is the foundation piece, the attachment members reach for first on a high pulley, which also makes it the first to wear and the one facilities buy in duplicate.

Exercises covered

• Wide-grip pulldowns targeting the lats
• Close supinated-grip pulldowns emphasising the biceps
• Behind-the-neck variants for suitably mobile members
• Straight-arm pulldown patterns for lat isolation
