Overview
The new Etenon Fitness T Bar Row with support has been ergonomically developed to provide a natural and fluid movement, maximising the effectiveness of the exercise by targeting the latissimus dorsi, deltoids and trapezius muscles. The perfect choice for developing back muscle density. Designed with a support platform, it offers the perfect support to the user when performing the rowing exercise, providing support and a reference point for the stability of the lower body. Supine, neutral and prone grips are available to suit different preferences and training needs.
