The S-23 is designed for sites where a full calisthenics park is not an option but a genuine bodyweight circuit is still required: residential developments, school grounds, campsites, hotel gardens and small municipal fitness areas. The three stations cover pulling, core and lower-body work, so a complete session can be run by one user or rotated by a small group.

The structure measures 2.67 m long, 0.82 m deep and 2.20 m high. The maximum free fall height is 1.2 m, which places the unit in the impact-attenuation bracket normally handled by grass, bark or a 30 mm rubber tile. The required safety zone is 5.67 x 3.82 m, or 19.7 square metres of clear surface around the rig. Construction and corrosion protection

The uprights and crossmembers are galvanised steel, hot-dip treated inside and out and finished with a polyester powder coat. Fixings are stainless and recessed. The unit is manufactured entirely within the European Union, which keeps replacement parts and grip components available over the life of the installation.

What surfacing is required underneath?

With a 1.2 m free fall height, natural grass in good condition, bark or a 30 mm rubber safety tile are all acceptable. We can quote the surfacing alongside the rig so the whole area arrives as one package.
