Description
The S-24 spider module packs multiple dip positions, push up bars at several heights and an adjustable abdominal station into a frame measuring 2.67 x 0.82 x 2.20 m. Under a metre deep, it fits along a path or against the edge of a training area where a square structure would not.
Varying the height of a push up bar changes the exercise from an accessible incline to a decline that loads the shoulders hard, which is how a single structure serves a beginner and an experienced athlete in the same session. The dip positions do the same for triceps and lower chest work, and the adjustable abdominal station completes the circuit without a separate module.
Posts are hot dip galvanised and powder coated, so the zinc protects the steel and the coating carries the colour and UV resistance, while the bars are stainless steel where hands are in constant contact. Free fall height is 1.2 m and the recommended safety zone is 5.67 x 3.82 m. Manufacture is entirely within the European Union.

A narrow structure for a constrained site
At 820 mm deep the S-24 suits linear sites: the edge of a sports pitch, a strip beside a running path, a courtyard wall, or an existing fitness trail that needs an upper body station. It also works as an addition to a larger park where the pulling stations are already installed and the pressing and core work is missing.
In open access settings the structure falls under EN 16630, with an impact attenuating surface to EN 1177 sized to the 1.2 m free fall height, and the 5.67 by 3.82 m safety zone kept clear of paths, benches and planting. Anchoring is by base plates cast into concrete foundations or bolted to an existing slab. A siting study and an anchoring plan are prepared from your site drawing and issued with the quotation. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the structure suitable for?
Users of any level, because the push up and dip heights change the difficulty rather than the exercise. That is what allows a public installation to serve a beginner and a trained athlete from the same frame.
What does the adjustable abdominal station do?
It sets the angle of the core exercise, so the same station covers an easy starting position and a considerably harder one as a user progresses.
Does it need a specific surface?
Under open access conditions, yes: an impact attenuating surface to EN 1177 with the thickness set by the 1.2 m free fall height. Bonded rubber tiles are the usual answer.
