Description
One colour, edge to edge, with no pattern and no marking: the plainest and most affordable version of the 6 mm range.
6 mm single-colour sports flooring for studios and wellness areas
A single-colour tile across the whole surface, with no pattern and no marking. The manufacturer positions it on balanced cushioning — neither too firm nor too soft — designed to protect the joints without losing firmness underfoot: exactly the compromise sought in Pilates, yoga, mobility work and light functional training.
What a single colour means here
The colour is in the material, not in a printed decor. The product image on this page shows the real surface: a matt tone, a fine texture, no visible weave. If you need a floor that carries a pattern, a logo or circulation lines, the two-tone millable version of the same range is the one to specify.
Colours
The shade is chosen project by project. The manufacturer does not publish a colour chart: tell us the colour you are looking for when you request your quotation and we will have feasibility confirmed — ask us.

Where it earns its place
Pilates studio and yoga room. A stable surface for precision in postures and transitions, comfortable barefoot or on a mat. This is the main use the manufacturer claims for the range.
Mobility and recovery area. Balanced cushioning avoids the two usual pitfalls: a floor so hard that floor work is punishing, and a floor so soft that it destabilises the athlete in support positions.
Group class room. The manufacturer highlights acoustic absorption in a group setting, where reverberation quickly degrades comfort and the coach’s voice.
Reception area and circulation. The low thickness makes junctions with adjoining floor finishes easier and limits the step to be crossed at the entrance.
What to know before ordering
6 mm is a finish thickness, not a protective one. This covering does not protect the concrete slab from dropped loads. It is not intended for weightlifting zones, platforms or the surroundings of a rack, where a 20 to 40 mm rubber flooring tile remains essential.
Substrate flatness shows through the surface. Over 6 mm, a plain colour is unforgiving: the slightest irregularity in the substrate is visible in raking light. Levelling screed is often the real cost item of the project.
Material, density, tile format and fire classification are not published. These figures are requested in public-access buildings. Ask us for the full technical data sheet before pricing a tender.
Frequently asked questions
How does it differ from the two-tone millable version?
This one is a single colour, with no design. The two-tone version layers two different shades: milling the top layer exposes the colour underneath and creates the pattern, a logo or floor markings. The price gap between the two is around 70 per cent.
Can it be installed over an existing floor?
Yes, on a hard, clean, dry and flat substrate.
Is it suitable for cardio areas?
For light cardio use, yes. Under a treadmill or a rower, plan a load-spreading plate or a local rubber tile: concentrated point loads mark a 6 mm surface.
Which colour should I choose?
There is no published colour chart. Tell us the shade you have in mind when you request your quotation and we will confirm what can be produced.
What maintenance does it need?
Vacuuming or sweeping, then washing with water and a neutral detergent. Avoid solvents and abrasive pads.
The single-colour 6 mm floor is priced at 41.86 EUR excluding VAT per m², sold by the square metre. Compare it with the patterned versions in the 6 mm patterned sports flooring category, browse all rubber flooring, or request a quotation with your surface area and chosen shade.
