Description
This PVC court roll covers a full official pickleball court in one piece, 18 by 9 m, with no joint and no break in flatness. A single roll is what removes the seam problem that makes tiled or panelled surfaces unpredictable on a bounce.
The surface is a monobloc composite PVC, 3 mm thick, smooth and slip resistant with an R10 rating, certified to EN 14904 and CE marked. Ball rebound is consistent across the whole court because there is nothing for the ball to catch on, and traction is reliable for players of any standard. Thermal resistance runs from minus 20 to plus 60 degrees Celsius, and the outdoor version, PFO, adds a reinforced anti UV formula. Estimated service life under intensive use is ten to fifteen years.
Lines and colours are integral to the material rather than painted or taped on, so they do not fade or lift under play and cleaning. Official USAPA and IFP lines, background colours and a club logo can all be specified at manufacture. The roll is laid quickly without special tools onto a flat, clean and dry base, and it can be cut with a professional knife for a smaller or bespoke area.

Specifying for public procurement and multi court projects
For public tenders we supply the documents a technical file requires: the CE certificate, the EN 14904 data sheet, the manufacturer’s technical specification and a formal quotation with product references. Multi court projects and non standard dimensions are produced to order, and volume pricing applies from several rolls ordered together.
The base is the part that determines the result. The surface needs a flat, clean and dry substrate, and any defect underneath will read through a 3 mm covering. Send us the site survey with your enquiry and we will confirm the preparation required. We deliver to mainland France, the French overseas departments, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, and quote export per project.
Frequently asked questions
Why are integral lines better than painted ones?
Painted or taped lines on concrete need retouching every two or three years. Here the lines are part of the material, so they do not wear off under play or cleaning and the court keeps its appearance for the life of the surface.
Can a partial court be ordered?
The standard roll is a full 18 by 9 m court, and it can be cut on site with a professional knife for a smaller area. For non standard dimensions or multi court schemes we produce rolls to the project size.
Is the same product used indoors and outdoors?
The material is suitable for both. For permanent outdoor installation specify the PFO version, which carries a reinforced anti UV formula.
