The PC70 Triceps Dips are designed to deliver powerful, controlled, and highly precise arm training. The use of unilateral grips allows for a freer and more balanced movement, enabling a more conscious activation of each side and a comfortable execution in every repetition.

During the exercise, the Bio‑Arc system accompanies the user, adapting to the motion and providing a sensation of fluidity and stability throughout the entire range.
