Double Rower BLO-052 — Two-Seat Outdoor Rowing Station

Rowing delivers one of the most efficient cardiovascular workouts there is — legs, back, arms and core in every stroke. The Double Rower BLO-052 doubles the benefit: two rowing positions on a single outdoor frame, so partners, friends or a coach and athlete train side by side.

Why a rower belongs in every outdoor gym

A rowing stroke engages roughly the whole body: legs drive, back and core stabilise, arms finish. That makes the BLO-052 the highest-value cardio station an outdoor circuit can host — raising heart rate and toning the physique simultaneously, with a seated, guided movement accessible to most fitness levels. For municipalities and residences, it offers residents a genuine gym-quality workout at no ongoing cost to the user.

• Two independent rowing positions — train together, motivate each other
• Full-body cardio: legs, back, arms and core in one movement
• Guided stroke path keeping technique safe without supervision
• Hot-dip galvanised steel engineered for years of outdoor service
• No electronics, no moving cables — minimal maintenance in public settings

The social station of the circuit

Twin-position equipment changes how a fitness area is used: sessions become shared, families train together, and friendly competition keeps users returning. Planners often place the Double Rower centrally, where its two-up format anchors group activity. Light In Fitness supplies a technical study and 3D layout with each project, delivers throughout France, Europe and beyond, and offers professional installation with spare parts and manufacturer warranty support.

Frequently asked questions

Do both positions work independently?

Yes — each seat has its own mechanism, so two users row at their own pace and intensity simultaneously.

Is rowing suitable for unfit or older users?

Yes — the seated, guided movement is low-impact and self-paced, making it one of the most inclusive cardio patterns available outdoors.

What upkeep does the station need?

Routine cleaning and periodic checks of pivots and fixings; the galvanised structure itself is maintenance-free.
