This 1000 mm changing room bench combines a three-slat wooden seat with a stable tubular metal frame. Supplied flat packed, it equips changing rooms in gyms, clubs, swimming pools, workplaces and public facilities, where seating has to take constant use and still look presentable at the end of the season.

Materials and comfort

The wooden slats give a seat that is comfortable and warm to sit on, which is the practical argument for wood over steel or plastic in a room where people sit down wet and half-changed. The tubular steel structure provides the stability and the resistance that daily collective use demands, and the gaps between slats let water run through rather than pool on the seat.

Assembly and sizing

How many people does a 1000 mm bench seat?

Two adults changing comfortably, three at a squeeze. For a changing room used by a full team at once, several benches in a row work better than one long bench, because they can be spaced to match the locker bays.

Is it suitable for a wet area?

It is a changing room bench, used in pool changing rooms among other places. The slatted seat lets water drain rather than sit on the surface. For permanently wet shower areas, tell us the exposure and we will confirm the right specification instead of assuming it.
