Overview

This PL25 Biceps Curl has been ergonomically designed to provide a natural and fluid movement, maximising the effectiveness of exercises specifically targeting this area. It has a perfect and smooth path thanks to the eccentric movement of its strap. A perfected alternative to the classic biceps curl on a bench with a barbell or dumbbells, but with the advantage of using a disc load on the machine itself. This quality allows the biceps contraction and extension exercise to be performed while maintaining muscle tension throughout the path, which contributes to a more concentrated and efficient workout.
