Light In Fitness installed its Street Workout Ultime cage in Carcassonne, in the Aude department of France, for the French Army: a further operational physical preparation reference, this time in mainland France.
The structure installed
Multi-height pull-up bars, parallel bars, hanging stations and combined stations on a steel frame designed for intensive daily outdoor use, within the scope of EN 16630. The Street Workout Ultime cage concentrates the fundamentals of bodyweight work: the foundation of physical condition in the forces.
Military use, specific requirements
On a military site the structure is used by whole sections: group sessions, pull-up assessments, circuits. The number of stations allows simultaneous work in rotation, and materials treated against corrosion remove the need for heavy maintenance.

Can the cage be used for regulation physical assessments?
Yes: pull-ups, hanging exercises and bodyweight circuits lend themselves directly to the physical assessment formats in use in the armed forces.
What maintenance does a structure on a military site need?
A periodic visual inspection of the anchorages and the welds is enough: the steels treated against corrosion are designed for permanent outdoor exposure.
