Description
The TRAINER M21PED is a twin-pedal outdoor fitness module built for seated leg work with minimal joint loading. Rated easy, for users from 140 cm and up to 150 kg, it complies with EN 16630:2015-06 and is tested and certified by TUV Rheinland. Light In Fitness supplies it at 1,134 EUR excluding VAT.
The station that reaches the users other apparatus does not
Most outdoor fitness references are specified for people who already train. The pedal module is specified for everyone else. Seated pedalling asks nothing of balance, grip strength or technique; the knee travels through a controlled arc under no external load, and the user sets intensity purely by cadence. That combination is what makes it the reference of choice for intergenerational areas, residential care grounds and neighbourhood schemes where a large part of the target population has been inactive for years.
- Twin-pedal action strengthening quadriceps, hamstrings and calves
- Low-impact movement that protects the knee joint
- Builds cardiorespiratory capacity without technical instruction
- Difficulty rated easy, no learning curve
- Minimum user height 140 cm, maximum user weight 150 kg

Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for older users?
It is the reference designed for them. Seated pedalling strengthens the legs while sparing the knee joint, the difficulty rating is easy and no technique has to be taught. On a mixed-age site it is normally the most used piece of equipment on the plan.
Can the resistance be increased?
No. Open-access outdoor equipment carries no adjustable settings; intensity comes from cadence and session duration. That is a deliberate design choice, since any adjustable mechanism on an unsupervised site becomes a maintenance and liability item.
Is installation included in the price?
The listed price is for the equipment. Light In Fitness carries out the site study, foundation preparation and installation anywhere in France, and those items appear as separate lines on the quotation so that a client with their own groundworks contractor can take only the supply.
Light In Fitness has been manufacturing and distributing sports equipment from Tours since 2013 and has equipped more than 500 facilities. Every project includes a free layout study, delivery, installation by our own teams and a commercial warranty.
