Description
The Trail DIPS WALK module opens the dips family of the Trail range: a varied strength station mixing pull-up bars, suspended rings and steps of different heights. Where single-purpose stations train one movement, this module lets users travel along it, switching between pushing, pulling and stepping work — a walking circuit for arms and legs.
Varied obstacles, balanced training
The combination of bars, rings and multi-height steps works the different muscle groups in a balanced way while sharpening coordination and agility. The suspended rings in particular add an instability component that fixed bars cannot provide, recruiting the stabilising muscles of the shoulders and trunk on every repetition.

Frequently asked questions
Which muscles does the module target?
Pull-up bars and rings load the back, arms and shoulders; the stepped elements work the legs; travelling along the module ties everything together with core and coordination work.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes — every element can be used at reduced intensity, and the variety means each user finds an accessible starting exercise.
Can I relocate it seasonally?
The module assembles and dismantles easily, so seasonal venues can store it over winter or move it between sites.
