Uses and limits
This tile is intended for gyms and buildings open to the public where a Cfl-s1 fire rating is required. At 15 mm, it covers cardio areas, pin-loaded machines and walkways. The class required depends on the type and category of the building: it should be checked with the inspection body.

Working out quantities and delivery
Allow for the usable surface plus a cutting margin for edges and cut-outs around machines. Delivery is on pallets and is not included in the price: transport costs depend on quantity and destination and are stated on the quotation.
Installation
Loose lay. The tiles are laid on a flat, clean and dry subfloor, edge to edge with no gap between them. Leave an expansion gap of about 5 mm between the flooring and the walls. Start with a full row along a wall or facing the entrance, then lay in a staggered pattern, offsetting the joints from one row to the next, to spread the stresses. Indoors, adhesive is generally not needed; if extra hold is wanted, a two-component polyurethane adhesive or double-sided tape is applied around the perimeter only. Subfloor preparation should be confirmed according to the condition of the existing floor and the intended use.
Care
Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove dust, sand and abrasive particles. Wash with a slightly damp mop or a scrubber-dryer fitted with soft brushes, using a pH-neutral detergent suitable for rubber flooring, then rinse with clean water if needed and leave to dry. Wipe up any spilled liquid straight away.
Do not use: wire brushes or abrasive pads, bleach, vinegar, bathroom cleaners, high-pH strippers, or products containing oils, greases or solvents. The floor is used with clean sports shoes.
