Description
The lattice wall is the workhorse of rope play design: a regular cross-weave of braided rope that turns any frame into a climbing surface. Fitted vertically it becomes a climbing wall; mounted horizontally it serves as a net floor or crossing – one component, many roles, which is why it appears throughout combined rope structures.
A regular grid children can read
The evenly spaced cross-weave gives climbers predictable hand- and footholds, letting them plan routes and build technique – coordination, strength and confidence grow with every ascent. For designers, the regular grid also makes dimensioning straightforward: the panel is produced to your exact length, width and height.
- Cross-weave lattice in braided rope
- Rope diameter: 16 mm or 18 mm
- Dimensions fully customisable to the project
- Horizontal or vertical mounting, with connectors matched to loading
- Rope colours: red, blue or green
Component specification, certified quality
The braided polypropylene rope resists weathering and UV; thimbles are available in plastic or stainless steel; and connectors come in X, quick-fit or solid versions depending on the finish required. The component is manufactured under controlled quality standards with a certificate of conformity to the applicable play equipment safety standards, issued by an independent certification body.

Frequently asked questions
Vertical or horizontal – does the specification change?
Yes: mounting orientation changes how the panel is loaded, so connector type and rope diameter are selected accordingly. Tell us the intended use and we specify the right build.
What mesh size will my panel have?
Mesh geometry is defined with the panel dimensions during the project study, balancing the target age group against the applicable safety requirements.
Can it replace a damaged panel on an existing structure?
Yes – made-to-measure production means the replacement can match the original dimensions and anchor points exactly.
Send us the frame dimensions and intended orientation, and receive a made-to-measure quotation within 24 business hours.
