The format that equips the most stations for the budget
At 120 x 50 cm this is the compact mat of the range. It stores easily, stacks without taking over the room and suits circuits, workshop stations and tight spaces. Ten millimetres of smooth surface with rounded edges cover core work, stretching and floor-based strength work. It is the format to choose when you need to equip a large number of stations without inflating the budget.
Where this mat is used
Group exercise and studios – a self-service mat pool. The formats from 120 to 180 cm cover the whole range of floor classes: core, stretching, Pilates, strength work, mobility. A consistent pool makes storing, counting and replacing single units far simpler.
Weight rooms – the stretching and core corner. An individual mat avoids direct contact with the gym floor and improves perceived hygiene. It is a low-cost item that weighs heavily on member satisfaction.

The surface is smooth with rounded edges and takes a printed logo, which gives a clean, plain finish. Hanging eyelets are not fitted as standard on smooth mats: they are an option charged at 1.40 EUR excluding VAT per mat. If you would rather have eyelets and a non-slip relief as standard, look at the moulded surface mats with eyelets.
Cleaning is done by wiping with soapy water or a compatible surface disinfectant, then drying flat or hanging. In shared use, cleaning after every class slot is the recommended practice. A twenty-mat storage unit for 10 mm mats and wall brackets for eyelet mats are both available in the range.
What to know before ordering
The price is per mat, not per square metre. Each reference is one mat in a given format and thickness, so the budget is calculated on the number of mats in the pool rather than on a surface area.
Thickness and comfort: 10 mm or 20 mm. Ten millimetres suits core work, stretching and standard floor classes. Twenty millimetres gives more comfort for prolonged kneeling or work on bony contact points, at the cost of more storage volume.
Customisation drives lead time and minimum order. A printed or engraved logo means a dedicated production run. Send us your vector logo and we will confirm the lead time, the minimum quantity and the finish that apply to your order.
