Personal Station multi gym with three 100 kg stacks

The Personal Station is a four station multi gym with three 100 kg weight stacks, standing 2160 mm tall on a 2740 by 2450 mm footprint and weighing 606 kg. Three independent stacks mean three people can train at the same time, which is what separates it from a single stack home multi gym.

The layout covers most of a strength programme. Station one handles leg extension and leg curl, station two a high pulley and a seated row, and station three a chest press with an incline adjustable from zero to 90 degrees plus a shoulder press. A fourth position for triceps, biceps and an adjustable rotating cable is available to order and is not supplied as standard.

The engineering is club grade rather than domestic. Pulleys are high strength nylon, 105 by 20 mm, running on 6202RS sealed bearings, and the cable is 5.5 mm PVC coated steel rated at 1200 kgf. The main frame uses oval tube of 50 by 150 mm, finished with two powder coats plus a lacquer. Seats have ergonomic backrests to hold a correct posture through each press, and seat heights are marked so members can note their settings. Adjustment controls are colour coded in yellow so a new user can identify what moves.

Where a multi station earns its footprint

A single 2.7 by 2.5 m structure that supports three simultaneous users covers the ground that five or six individual machines would need. That maths works in hotel and residential gyms, corporate fitness rooms, small clubs and supervised circuits, where the alternative is a much narrower exercise range.

Height is the check to make first: at 2160 mm the frame needs clear space above, particularly under ducting in converted units. Then plan the circulation, because three users approach from three directions and the stations must not open onto each other. At 606 kg, confirm the delivery route, any lift capacity and the floor build up. A siting plan with clearances is issued with the quotation once we have your room drawing. Frequently asked questions

Can three people really use it at once?

Yes, that is the design intent: three independent stacks and three working positions, so the station does not become a queue during a supervised session.

Is the fourth station included?

No. The triceps, biceps and rotating cable position is ordered separately and can be quoted with the machine.

Is it suitable for an unsupervised hotel gym?

Yes. Every movement is guided, load is selected by pin and there is no free weight to control, which is what makes multi stations the usual choice where no staff are on the floor.
