Description
Every climber starts somewhere – and the Pazyfea is built to be that first structure. Just one metre high and stretched out over three metres in length, this rope spider lets young children practise real climbing movements at a height where confidence grows faster than fear.
Designed for first climbs
Two steel hoops joined by crossbars carry two lateral planes of braided rope net, while a central chimney-shaped element multiplies the possible routes through the structure. With a free fall height of only 0.6 m – among the lowest of any climbing structure in our playground range – the Pazyfea is the natural entry point of a climbing zone, and its recommended age range still extends from 3 to 14 years.
- Two hoops in 60.3 mm steel tube, joined by crossbars

The same build quality as our largest structures
The frame is S235 carbon steel, hot-dip galvanised against corrosion. The 16 mm rope is polypropylene (PP split film) reinforced with galvanised steel strands, assembled with plastic and aluminium connectors. The structure is certified compliant with the European EN 1176 standard by an independent certification body for collective use on public playgrounds.

Frequently asked questions
Why choose such a low climbing structure?
The 0.6 m free fall height keeps surfacing requirements light and lets very young children climb with minimal risk, making the Pazyfea ideal for nursery schools and toddler corners of larger playgrounds.
What does the chimney element do?
The central chimney breaks the structure into multiple short routes – through, over and around – so children invent new paths instead of repeating a single traverse.
How is it anchored?
The frame is set on reinforced concrete footings 0.7 m deep; shallower than our large structures, which simplifies groundworks on constrained sites.
