Description
The circular functional rig places twelve training stations around a single anchor point, built entirely in stainless steel 316L for permanent outdoor exposure. The ring layout puts the coach at the centre with direct sight of every station, so a full group trains at once with no queueing between exercises. It is priced at 24,999 EUR excluding VAT.
Pull-ups, hanging work, ring exercises, dips and bodyweight movements run as a circuit around the perimeter. Twelve simultaneous positions is the figure that decides most purchases here: a class of twelve moves through the rotation without a waiting group standing at the side, which is exactly the constraint a school or a military training unit works against.
Stainless steel 316L is specified because it resists corrosion in marine and chlorinated environments without a surface treatment that has to be renewed. Assemblies are dimensioned for permanent professional outdoor use, with upkeep limited to periodic visual inspection of the fixings and routine cleaning.

Compliance and anchoring on an open access site
On a municipal fitness area, a park or a school yard where access is unsupervised, the installation falls under EN 16630, the standard covering permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment. That brings two site requirements: a clear safety zone of at least 1.50 metres all round, and impact attenuating surfacing to EN 1177 with the thickness set by the free fall height of the station above it. On a closed private site such as a military base, a company campus or a box, these figures remain the reference for good practice even where the standard is not enforced.
For the landing area we recommend rubber gym flooring tiles in the 40 to 65 mm range, bonded rather than loose laid. Anchoring is by base plates cast into a concrete foundation block, or bolted directly to an existing slab where its condition and thickness allow.

Frequently asked questions
How many people can train at the same time?
Twelve, one per station around the perimeter. The circuit format means the whole group works simultaneously instead of rotating through a smaller number of positions.
Why stainless steel 316L rather than galvanised steel?
316L resists corrosion in salt air and chlorinated atmospheres with no coating to maintain or renew. For an installation that stays outdoors all year, that removes the repainting cycle and limits upkeep to periodic cleaning.
Is installation included?
Yes, installation by our teams is included; only delivery is quoted separately. Light In Fitness carries out the layout study, prepares the anchoring and installs anywhere in France. The exact scope appears on the quotation, which is free and returned within 24 hours.
