Two-layer SBR rubber floor tile with an ultra-smooth surface, format 100 × 100 cm (1 m² per tile), thickness 30 mm, joined by connectors. Colour black or black with grey flecks. Fire rating Efl. This smooth tile with connectors is also available in Bfl-s1 25 mm, Bfl-s1 30 mm.
Uses and limits
The ultra-smooth surface makes cleaning easier, and the connectors hold the tiles together without glue. At 30 mm, it covers strength floors and free-weight zones. The colour is specified when ordering.

Working out quantities and delivery
Allow for the usable surface plus a cutting margin for edges and cut-outs around machines. Delivery is on pallets and is not included in the price: transport costs depend on quantity and destination and are stated on the quotation.
Installation
The tiles are joined by connectors that fit into the recesses on the underside: they push in without force and align the tiles with one another, with no adhesive. The tiles are laid on a flat, clean and dry subfloor, edge to edge with no gap between them. Leave an expansion gap of about 5 mm between the flooring and the walls. Start with a full row along a wall or facing the entrance, then lay in a staggered pattern, offsetting the joints from one row to the next, to spread the stresses. Subfloor preparation should be confirmed according to the condition of the existing floor and the intended use.
Care
Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove dust, sand and abrasive particles. Wash with a slightly damp mop or a scrubber-dryer fitted with soft brushes, using a pH-neutral detergent suitable for rubber flooring, then rinse with clean water if needed and leave to dry. Wipe up any spilled liquid straight away.
Do not use: wire brushes or abrasive pads, bleach, vinegar, bathroom cleaners, high-pH strippers, or products containing oils, greases or solvents. The floor is used with clean sports shoes.
