Overview

Designed for effective and comfortable shoulder training, the PC70 Shoulder Press offers a sensation of stability and control that can be felt from the very first repetition. The exercise flows naturally, allowing you to maintain a clean and safe execution even as the load increases.

Part of that experience comes from the Bio‑Arc system, which allows the machine to follow the user’s movement throughout the exercise. The seat adapts smoothly to the motion path, helping maintain a comfortable posture and a continuous sense of control during the entire movement. The result is more natural, more pleasant, and more precise shoulder training, designed for intensive professional use and suitable for users of any level.

• Made of Q235 steel tubing: 3.0 mm.
• The user’s entire body moves along a linear arc path with the machine. Maintains optimal body position throughout the full range of motion.
• The user lifts the weight of the plates plus his own body weight during the exercise.
• 3″ and 4-1/2″ 11 gauge 120 round steel tubing with a combination of 2×4″ 11 gauge 120 tubular steel.
• Inert gas MIG welded to meet all structural welding code steel standards and specifications.
• Moulded PU padding bonded to a 1″ industrial plywood backing, combined with premium double-stitched upholstery.
• Upholstery: Bolta Sport premium vinyl with PreFixx, formulated to resist bacteria, stains, mildew, oil and UV stabilised pigments. Meets most flammability testing requirements.
• 3/16″ heavy duty fitness cable.
• 3/4″ solid steel with highly polished hard chrome finish.
• 1/2″ solid steel pins with 1/2″ swing spring with 4100 kg maximum load.
• 4-1/2″, 3-1/2″ and 2″ fibreglass reinforced nylon pulley blocks.
• 3/4″ black painted steel plates with reduced noise and low friction self-aligning sleeves. 111.13 kg plate tower; lifted weight is the approximate combined weight of the user and the selected weight.
• No seat adjustments are required.
• Head cushions.
• Handgrips allow full range of motion and rotational movement, independent handles allow for a natural arc path and joint movement, limiting strain.
