The PC5009 Lying Femoral from Etenon Fitness has been ergonomically created to provide a natural and fluid movement, maximizing the effectiveness of exercises aimed at the posterior area of the leg. An innovative design that will get the most out of exercising your hamstrings thanks to its unique system that combines the lifting of selectorized plates with an external disc loading system such as a plate load machine. You’ve never seen anything like it!
