Description
The Lexco LPS-102F is a lat pulldown with a fixed handle that requires no steering from the user, on a 100 kg weight stack. Removing the need to control the bar makes the pulling movement accessible to users who have no training background and to anyone working at low intensity.
That design choice defines the machine. A free hanging bar demands stabilisation from the shoulder and the trunk before any pulling happens, which is why beginners so often perform the exercise badly. A fixed handle puts the load on the back, the arms and the shoulders directly, and lets a user work deeply at moderate resistance.
Movement quality comes from the mechanism. A zero point block eliminates the jolt at the start and end of each repetition, a gas spring damper controls the return, and a ten speed rack system adjusts the setting quickly. Total machine weight is 244.5 kg, which is what keeps the frame still under load. The stack cover is double sided ABS.

Placing a pulldown in the strength circuit
The pulldown is one of the two or three machines a strength area cannot do without, because vertical pulling has no substitute for members who cannot yet perform a pull up. In a circuit layout it belongs opposite a chest press, so pushing and pulling alternate as users move around the room.
Confirm the ceiling height above the intended position, since the machine works overhead and the user needs clearance in the seated start position. The delivery route also needs checking at 244.5 kg. Dimensions and clearances are issued with the quotation once we have your room drawing. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
Why a fixed handle rather than a free bar?
A fixed handle removes the stabilisation demand, so the load reaches the target muscles from the first session. It is the specification to choose for a mixed membership, a corporate gym or a rehabilitation setting.
Is 100 kg enough for a commercial club?
For a pulldown, yes for the great majority of members. Users needing more should progress to pull ups or to a plate loaded pulling machine alongside it.
What does the zero point block do?
It removes the jolt at the transition between the concentric and eccentric phases, which makes the movement smoother, quieter and easier on the joints.
