This pull-up is focused on the entire back area, it has been ergonomically created to provide a natural and fluid movement, maximizing the effectiveness of exercises specifically directed at the dorsal, deltoid and trapezius areas. Designed to offer unilateral movement of each arm, thanks to its movable grips it works on the development of the breadth of the back at a much more professional level, involving the muscles of the upper part.
