The Etenon Glute Machine has an elegant and aesthetic design, backed by an exhaustive study in biomechanics that guarantees completely professional use. This model helps to effectively increase the strength and muscles of the gluteus through loading discs, making it the perfect machine to hypertrophy this muscle area or evolve in the progression of weight loads in a controlled way. It offers the user the same exercise movement as a conventional Hip Thrust with free weight on a bar, but in a more comfortable, ergonomic and focused way.
