Overview

The PL3016 model has been specifically designed for high-performance training focused on the abductor area. This machine extends the muscle located on the outside of the legs. This machine uses disc loads through a unique three-stage load intensity regulation system to provide tailored resistance for the user. Helps tone and strengthen the abductor, hip and leg muscles, improving the stability and function of the main training area.
