Description
The Work-fit agility jump ladder is a ground level timber station that trains footwork, rhythm and coordination outdoors. It is the element that gives a fitness trail a dynamic component without adding height, which makes it easy to place and inexpensive to surface. The structure is laminated Scandinavian pine treated in autoclave to class IV and finished with two coats of Lasur.
Agility ladders work differently from strength stations. The exercise is a short, repeated sequence of steps or hops through a defined pattern, so intensity is set by speed rather than by load. That suits a public trail: a first time user walks the pattern, a runner uses it as a speed drill between kilometres, and a sports club uses the same station for structured footwork sets. No adjustment, no supervision and no consumables are involved.
Metal parts are stainless steel AISI 304 and the fasteners are stainless steel to grade 8.8 DIN 267, AISI 304. None of the materials used requires special treatment at end of life, which is increasingly a criterion in municipal tenders. Maintenance frequency should be increased where use is intensive, and spare parts remain available for 10 years.

Using a low station in a trail layout
Ground level equipment is the easiest part of a trail to integrate. There is no significant free height of fall, so the surfacing requirement is normally lighter than for climbing or hanging stations, and the element can sit directly alongside a path without dominating the view. On sloping sites it is also the station that is simplest to set level.
In sequencing terms the jump ladder belongs early in a circuit, as a mobilisation element before strength stations, or at the end as a coordination cool down. Municipalities frequently pair it with a balance course, since the two share a user profile and can be surfaced together. The station dimensions and the safety area are supplied with the layout study for your site.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the jump ladder suitable for?
Children, adults and club athletes. Intensity depends on the speed chosen by the user, so a single station covers very different fitness levels.
What dimensions and safety area apply?
Both are issued with the layout study, together with the foundation drawing, because they depend on the position of the station in the trail.
Is any special disposal required at end of life?
No. None of the materials used in this station requires special treatment for disposal.
