• Structure built with high‑quality oval steel tubing with 3 mm thickness.
• Removable parts made of solid steel to prevent wear issues.
• Machines are assembled on bearings (circular or linear) or bronze wheels with bearings.
• The painting process is carried out in a four‑layer treatment tunnel, offering full corrosion protection. The first layer consists of hot degreasing and phosphating. The second is a pre‑phosphating at room temperature. The third applies hot phosphating. Finally, the structure is coated with powder epoxy paint.
• Plates are made of calibrated steel, painted black, and equipped with high‑quality Teflon rings, ensuring smooth sliding and preventing friction noise.
• Magnetized plate selectors. The magnets prevent the selector from coming out during exercise.
• Guide rods made of solid steel, 20×1182 mm.
• Transmission by reinforced 4.8 mm cable.
• Front and rear polycarbonate shrouds to prevent accidents while the plates are in motion.
