Description
The cross competition squat rack with an integrated platform is a complete strength station from the moment it is installed, with no floor works to arrange on the client side. Everything the barbell needs comes in one delivery.
The rack takes the bar at several heights for squats and presses, and the integrated platform defines the working area, protects the ground when loads are dropped and gives a stable base for deadlifts. That combination is what turns a rack into a station: without a platform, an outdoor squat rack still depends on a surface someone else has to specify, source and lay.
The whole assembly is executed in stainless steel for permanent exposure, to the hole spacing standards of the cross competition range so accessories and future modules line up. Maintenance is limited to cleaning and periodic inspection, with no coating to renew.

A station that arrives ready to work
Municipalities, boxes and clubs, fire and military stations, hotels and residences all buy this version for the same reason: no ground works to specify, tender or coordinate. The platform arrives with the rack, so a single order and a single installation visit produce a working outdoor strength station.
In open access settings the equipment falls under EN 16630, with a safety zone of at least 1.50 m around the structure and an impact attenuating surface to EN 1177 under and around it where the free fall height requires it. On closed private sites these figures remain the reference for good practice. Anchoring is by base plates cast into a concrete foundation or bolted to an existing slab. A siting study and an anchoring plan are prepared from your site drawing and issued with the quotation at no cost. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
What does the integrated platform actually do?
Three things: it marks the working area, it protects the ground when loaded bars are dropped, and it gives a stable, level base for deadlifting, which an uneven outdoor surface does not.
Is the version without a platform cheaper to install?
Only where the existing surface is already suitable for barbell work. If it is not, the structure only rack needs a surface specified separately, which usually removes the saving.
Can accessories be added later?
Yes. The rack follows the cross competition hole spacing, so range accessories and further modules fit the installed structure.
