The PC70 Seated Leg Curl offers a stable and highly controlled training sensation, ideal for working the hamstrings with comfort and precision. The seated position allows for safe and consistent execution, enabling effective work even during long sessions or with high loads.

During the movement, the Bio‑Arc system naturally accompanies the user, adapting to the exercise path and maintaining a continuous and fluid sensation in every repetition.
