Description
This wall mounted cross competition rig spans 20 feet and fits the long façade runs that a freestanding structure cannot exploit. It sits between the 24 foot and 14 foot wall mounted formats in the same range, and is built in stainless steel for permanent outdoor exposure.
Mounting the rig on the wall transfers the structural load to the building and leaves the ground in front of it completely clear. That is the operational argument: the floor stays available for circulation, sleds, mats and complementary stations rather than being occupied by uprights and base plates. Across its bays the rig takes pull ups, muscle ups, hanging work and rings simultaneously, so a squad or a class works in parallel along the wall.
The cross competition range reproduces the reference points of competition structures, bar spacings, grip sections and working heights, in a stainless steel execution intended for permanent weather exposure. Athletes therefore train on the same geometry outdoors as they compete on indoors. Maintenance is limited to cleaning and a periodic check of the fixings, with no surface treatment to renew.

Which sites suit a 20 foot wall rig
The prerequisite is a long load bearing wall. Fire and military barracks use the format for daily squad training along a building elevation, gymnasiums and clubs use it to add an outdoor zone without giving up central floor area, schools and campuses equip a yard wall, and municipalities attach the structure to existing built fabric instead of creating a new freestanding installation with its own foundations. Before any commitment, the supporting wall has to be verified: our implantation study confirms the substrate, the fixing pattern and the loads transferred to the structure. Where the site is in free public access, EN 16630 applies, with a peripheral safety zone of at least 1.50 m and EN 1177 surfacing sized against the free height of fall. Light In Fitness, manufacturer and distributor in Tours since 2013, has supported more than 500 establishments and includes a free implantation study, delivery throughout France and installation by our own teams.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of wall is required?
A load bearing wall verified for the transferred loads. The implantation study checks the substrate and the fixing pattern before the order is confirmed.
How does it compare with the 24 and 14 foot versions?
The 20 foot rig is the intermediate length in the wall mounted range, giving more simultaneous stations than the 14 foot without requiring the full 24 foot elevation.
What maintenance does stainless steel need?
Cleaning and a periodic inspection of the fixings. There is no coating to renew, which is why stainless structures carry a lifetime warranty.
