Description
The Ninja Tracks Hot Wheels is an outdoor obstacle module built around rotating grip elements, for ninja warrior rigs, obstacle trails and street workout parks. The moving handholds oblige the user to control rotation while traversing, which turns a simple crossing into a grip and coordination problem. It is manufactured to EN 16630:2015, the European standard for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment.
Compared with a fixed monkey bar, a rotating obstacle changes the demand entirely. Grip strength has to be applied while the handhold turns under load, so forearms, shoulders and trunk work together and the athlete learns to time the transfer between hands. That makes the module a natural choice for OCR training areas, military preparation circuits and public ninja lines where progression matters more than repetition.
The frame measures 3378 x 1500 mm on plan and 2700 mm high, and weighs 150.5 kg. It is designed for users above 140 cm in height with a maximum user weight of 150 kg, so it serves teenagers and adults on the same installation.

Professional use and installation
Rotating obstacles are the elements that attract repeat visits to a public ninja line, so they are usually placed where they are visible from a path. The declared safety zone of 410 x 540 cm sets the minimum plot, and a clear height of 3 m must be maintained above the structure. Shock absorbing surfacing such as rubber tiles is recommended across the zone because falls from a rotating grip are unpredictable in direction.
For municipalities and campsites, the module is normally specified alongside two or three other Ninja Tracks stations to form a continuous circuit. We confirm the corrosion protection, the foundation type and the surfacing build-up on the quotation. Dispatch from stock is 5 to 10 working days, with delivery to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg and export quoted per project.
Frequently asked questions
How does Hot Wheels differ from a monkey bar section?
The handholds rotate. The user has to resist and control that rotation while moving, which loads grip and trunk stability far more than a fixed rung.
Is the module suitable for children?
It is designed for users above 140 cm. For younger children we supply playground equipment certified to EN 1176 rather than EN 16630 outdoor fitness equipment.
What plot size should be reserved?
At least the 410 x 540 cm safety zone plus circulation. The full implantation drawing, including foundation positions, is supplied with the layout study.
