This machine has been ergonomically created to provide a natural and fluid movement, maximizing the effectiveness of exercises specifically targeting the quadriceps and femorals. Its innovative design allows for a unique leg flexion angle, providing optimal stimulation for muscle development of the legs, such as the quadriceps, femorals, adductors, hamstrings and calves. In addition, it has 6 weight plate holders.
