Overview
The design of the PC0115 prone leg curl is aimed at facilitating a wide range of amplitude in the execution of the exercise, maintaining constant tension in the hamstrings from the beginning to the end. In addition, it allows you to move kilograms optimally, focusing exclusively on the femoral muscles, hamstrings and calves. It also has magnetized plate selectors that prevent the selector from coming out during exercise, thus ensuring excellent performance in the routine.

- Structure made of square steel tube Q235 of 50 x 100 mm with 3 mm thickness.
- Industrial bearings and high quality bolts and nuts.
- Counterbalanced arms. They cancel the weight of the part of the structure to be moved, to lift only the weight selected with the plates.
- Matt black epoxy powder coated structure for total fixation and high resistance.
- Pulleys made of aluminium.
