Specially designed for high-performance training, this vertical press focuses on muscle-building the pectoral muscles in all its amplitude, imitating the movement obtained in a conventional bench press through its selectorized plate system, in addition to exercising secondly the deltoids and trapezoids. It provides a natural movement that considerably reduces the risk of injury and allows for more powerful and balanced pressing movements. It will become one of your favorites!
