Overview
The PL8049 Shoulder Press has been ergonomically created to provide natural and fluid movement, maximizing the effectiveness of exercises aimed at the shoulder area. This model offers controlled and comfortable muscle stimulation, similar to that obtained when performing a free weight military shoulder press. It is perfect to evolve in weight loading or to perform intense hypertrophy training in this muscle area, avoiding any type of injury.
