Description
The Falcon Air is an aqua bike with an anodised light alloy frame and an underwater pedalling system that delivers constant, smooth resistance from the water itself. Resistance rises with the speed of the movement and disappears when the user stops, which is why aqua cycling is used for reconditioning as well as for cardiovascular training.
The frame is light enough to be handled and stored by one person, an important point for a pool that has to clear the bikes between sessions. The anodised finish protects the metal against chlorinated water and against sea water, the two environments that destroy untreated equipment fastest.
Seat and handlebars are adjustable, so the bike is set to the user rather than the user adapting to the bike. The Sport+ accessory pack supplied with this version adds a multi training bar behind the saddle, which converts the bike into a station for resistance and stretching work in addition to the cardio session.

Programming aqua cycling in a public pool
Aqua cycling fills a gap between swimming lessons and aquagym: it is intense enough for a sports public, low impact enough for members with joint restrictions, and it runs in shallow water where a lane is otherwise unused.
Two operational questions decide the size of the order. The first is storage, since bikes have to leave the pool hall between sessions; the second is handling, because the staff moving them are not always the instructors. A light frame answers both. Ask us for the storage footprint of a set of bikes when you request the quotation.
Frequently asked questions
How is resistance adjusted?
By the water itself and by the setting on the pedalling system. The faster the user pedals, the greater the resistance, with no braking mechanism to maintain.
Is the bike suitable for sea water pools?
The anodised finish is specified for chlorinated water and sea water. Tell us the water treatment used at your site with the quotation request.
What does the Sport+ pack add?
A multi training bar fitted behind the saddle, which allows upper body resistance work and stretching on the same station.
